If you would like to freeze or cancel your membership you need to click this link MEMBERSHIPS CHANGE REQUEST FORM and fill out the form with your request and confirm your request via email. Ongoing monthly payment memberships require 5 days cancellation notice. Once you have made the request via change request form and received a confirmation email, your membership freeze or cancel will be complete. If you have not received a confirmation reply please check you have the correctly filled out the form and try again. To freeze your membership $10/month, to cancel your membership 0$. If you are emailing to cancel or freeze your membership after we have completed billing for that month we will not be able to refund you. Please make sure you freeze or cancel prior to the 1st of the month you need to cancel.

All prepaid memberships: second customer on account (adult couple, same household) %15 off. Cannot be used in addition to a student discount, no double discounts.
(18YRS AND UP) STUDENTS WITH PROOF OF CURRENT ENROLLMENT RECEIVE 10% OFF ALL MEMBERSHIPS (EXCEPT SPECIAL STUDENT OFFERS, such as the student EFT or the Student 8 month pass)
KIDS 2 AND UNDER ARE FREE WITH ADULT DROP IN OR MEMBERSHIP (max 1 child free with accompanied paying adult drop in or member). Adults and youth in the facility who do not wish to climb will be required to pay drop in fees according to age bracket.
*ONGOING MONTHLY PAYMENT, THE MOST CONVENIENT MONTHLY AUTOMATIC PAYMENT OPTION REQUIRES CREDIT CARD. NO CONTRACTS, CANCEL AT ANY TIME WITH 30 DAYS NOTICE. ONGOING MONTHLY PAYMENT INITIATION FEE $60, FREEZE MEMBERSHIP AT ANYTIME FOR $10.

All ongoing monthly payment memberships are subject to payment of an initiation fee and prorated dues up to the next billing date.
Additional (non couple) family members must be 17 or under.
Freeze fee is billed monthly and per member, not per account.
Freeze status starts at your next billing data, not immediately. For example, if you want to freeze on Sept 15, your freeze status will not start until Oct 1st, then if you come back on Oct 15th your status will be ok'd and you will be charged pro-rated dues from Oct 15 to the 31st.
Membership pricing based on birth year not birth date.
Prepaid memberships are not transferable or refundable.
Punch passes can only be shared when primary owner is physically present.
Outdoor rental equipment must be returned before 9:30am the following day or charges for that next day will apply
